Today We’re Going to Learn How to Do a Sous-sus

Hi!  Welcome back to my blog.

Today we’re going to learn how to do a sous-sus

Here is the definition of this ballet step from Vance’s Ballet Dictionary:

“A relevé in a tight fifth position with one foot almost on top of the other.”

Below is a video lesson for us to watch and then practice with.  Please click on the link.

After we finish our ballet lesson, we can color this ballet picture:

Ask your mom or dad to print it out for you and don’t forget to say “please” and “thank you.”

Please come back next week when we’ll learn about more ballet steps.  See you then!
