Stretches at the Barre

 

 Hi!  Welcome to my blog.

I’m glad you came to see me.

Today we’re going to practice leg stretches at the barre.

Be very careful when you try these stretches! 

Your mom or dad should be with you when you practice the stretches so you don’t fall over backwards or pull a muscle.

 

After I practice my stretches, I’m going to color the ballet picture I found. 

Ask your mom or dad if you can too.

Don’t forget to say “please” and “thank you”.

I hope you’ll come back next week when we’ll practice more ballet.
