What Does “Balancé” Mean?

Hi!  Welcome back to my blog.

This week we’re going to  talk about the ballet term “balancé” (bah-lahn-say).

The word itself means to “rock” or “to swing”.

There are several ways a dancer can rock or swing, of course, as long as the movement is graceful!
