Today, we’re going to review what we learned before about the second position arms and feet in ballet.

Now you try it. Be sure not to let your arms droop. Keep them lifted and rounded.

Now you know how to stand with your feet and arms in 2nd position.
Try a few demi-plies in this position. If you don’t remember what that looks like, here’s a reminder:
Don’t let your bottom stick out and remember to stand nice and tall!
